Quality Care Community Services

Our goal is to establish community supports where individuals can learn to become self-reliant, express preferences, and make informed decisions, which will assist in the development of their independence.  Quality Care Community Services, Inc. recognizes the individual before the disability and understands that each person has unique needs, desires, and goals.  Services provided are established to address the individual as identified by the “Person-centered planning and assessment tools”. This approach will be used to encourage individuals to be active participants in the development of a service plan, which will reflect their personal desires, goals and wishes.  Quality Care Community Services, Inc. will provide training, assistance, and support for individuals to develop or maintain daily living skills.
