Quality Care Community Services, Inc. will provide residential In-home supports to individuals who are challenged with developmental disabilities. This service is designed to empower individuals to acquire, refine, or maintain an optimum level of functional skills necessary to live in a community setting.

Our mission is to encourage, support, and empower personal growth and quality of life in community living. We will assist each individual in becoming self-reliant, and provide opportunities for individuals to make informed personal choices. Quality Care Community Services, Inc. will encourage each individual to participate fully in their communities as they aspire to reach a greater level of independence.
Vision
Our vision is to establish community and residential supports where individuals can learn to become self-reliant, express preferences, and make informed decisions, which will assist in the development of their independence. We recognize the individual before the disability and understand that each person has unique needs, desires, and goals.
